Lisa has studied various forms of yoga here in North America and the United Kingdom over the past 9 years. Her most recent inspirations stem from the teacher training program given by Hart Lazar and Donna Read and is based primarily on the Iyengar practice. Lisa believes the benefits of yoga are endless, and the practice itself a remarkable, lifelong journey. Her teaching style can be described as energetic, disciplined, joyful and sincere. She believes that yoga has played an integral part in fostering her patience and acceptance, as well as developing greater emotional and physical well-being.
